Built to fit the existing fireplace.

Oops !, Jumped in here half the way through. We started with a base of 3/4" plywood and layered 1" light density fiber board to give it the depth. Now we'll layer the moldings. |

Finishing : We started with a lacquer sanding sealer then a base primer with a topcoat of white lacquer. |
